Susan Margaret Adams, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, sadly fell asleep on the 19th of September 2024 at Weston Hospicecare aged 81. Sue is profoundly missed and deeply loved by all her family and friends.
You are invited to join Sue's family for the celebration of her life being held at St Mary's Church in Worplesdon on the 18th of October at 12 midday. To brighten the celebration please wear something pink in Sue's memory.
