29th August 1939 - 19th November 2024
Sadly passed away at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on Tuesday 19th November 2024 aged 85 years.
A dearly loved wife, mum, nan and great nan who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Worcester Crematorium on Thursday 19th December 2024 at 10am.
Family Flowers only please but donations in Hazel's memory, if desired, to Maggs Day Centre for the homeless or left in the donation box on the day.
Please wear something yellow or a daffodil for Hazel.
