Ann Heather died on Wednesday 19th November at Royal Bolton Hospital, aged 82 years.
Ann will be fondly remembered by her husband Mike, her children, grandchildren and all of her family and friends.
Ann's family has asked for any donations to be made in her memory to either National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society or to Breast Cancer Now. A donation box will be available at the service if anyone wishes to make a donation in person.
