Denise sadly passed away in hospital on Thursday, 19th December, aged 77 years.
Beloved and loving wife of David, mother of Tom and Sam, and grandma to Elliott, Birdy and Margot.
She will be very sadly missed, but always in our hearts.
A service to celebrate the life of Denise will take place at Earlham Crematorium, Norwich on Monday, 13th January at 4.30 p.m.
Denise said: "Don't wear black; wear bright colours!"
Donations in lieu of flowers to the PSP Association would be greatly appreciated.
