Chris fell ill suddenly and passed away on 20th April aged 48 years.
Join us to remember him as a son, brother and friend. He was very much loved by his family and friends and will be sadly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
If anyone would like to make a donation, please do so to the Peace Hospice. We chose this charity because of the fantastic care and support they gave to Chris' dad Peter in his final months before he passed away last year.
