It is with a heavy heart that the family announce the sad passing of their beloved Thomas Frederick Matthews, who sadly passed away on Sunday 20th April, Aged 93 Years.
Family would like you to join in celebrating Tom's life at his funeral service which will be held on Wednesday 21st May.
The service will be held at Sirhowy Valley Crematorium at 3pm.
Donations will be collected on the day of the service for St Davids Hospice and Nurses, in lieu of flowers.
Tom will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.
