Patrick Slight sadly passed away suddenly at home on 20th June aged 52.
Devoted husband to Sophie and loving father to Lucy and Luke.
Sophie kindly invites you to attend Patrick's final farewell and to help celebrate his life at Guildford crematorium on Friday 26th July at 3:45pm.
