Reviews of our services
At such a stressful time, she was able to steer me through the options and choices I had to make and explain the process with clarity and gentleness.
The Covid restrictions mean funerals are possibly even more emotional than they may usually be with additional questions and concerns, but Sophie helped me make the right decision for my family.
I couldn't be more grateful to her for being strong when I wasn't and for being patient when I couldn't seem to grasp what was being asked.
A courtesy call the day before the service confirming the service arrangments was thoughtful and reassuring.
Well done and thank you to you all for your kindness
At the funeral they were very discreet, which allowed us to say our goodbyes without feeling rushed.
Thank you so much.
