Keith sadly passed away at Priscilla Bacon Lodge on Tuesday, 20th August, aged 71 years.
Beloved and loving husband of Susan, adored dad of Tracy, Alan and Mark, and a dear grandad to all his Grandchildren.
He will be sadly missed but always in our hearts.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Wednesday, 25th September at 1.30 p.m.
Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, for Priscilla Bacon Hospice may be made at the service or online below.
