Peter died peacefully on 20 August 2026 at St Nicholas Hospice after a short battle with cancer surrounded by his immediate family. A true 'Norfolk Gentleman', Peter was an adored husband of Caroline (Dindy), cherished father of Arabella, Simon and Alastair, father-in-law to Nick, Abi and Sarah and loving grandfather to Lox, Poppy, Charlie, Jasper, Hugo, Archie, Tian and William and a friend to everyone who crossed his path. The family are holding a private ceremony in September.
