It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hazel, much-loved wife of the late Tony, beloved Mum to Karen and the late Nick. Loving Nana to Matt, David and Emily and Great Nana to Oscar, Flora, Theo and Willow. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday 19th December at The Vale Crematorium, Fladbury, WR10 2QR at 10.00. All are welcome. Please feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in, including bright colours.
No flowers please. If you would like to make a charitable donation in memory of Hazel, please do so to St. Richards Hospice so that they can continue with their great work. This may be done at the end of the service at the crematorium or in advance via this page.
Please feel free to join us afterwards to continue the celebration of Hazel's life at The Huntsman Inn, Green Street, Kempsey, Worcester WR5 3QB.
