It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful Mum, Patricia. Mum passed away at the Waverley Care Centre on the 20th December 2025, aged 94 years. Beloved Mum, Grandmother and Great Grandmother and she will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her.
Resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Directors, Pantbach Road, Rhiwbina, until her funeral service on Monday, 19th January 2026 at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel at 2pm.
Family flowers only, donations, if so desired, can be made to Friends of Forest Farm via the link below or by a retiring collection, following the service.
