Angelou, Freda Janet
Passed away peacefully in Engleburn Rest Home on Wednesday 21st February 2024, aged 86.
The devoted partner of Ted Jearrad and wonderful mother to Roy & David Angelou, mother in law to Karina and a devoted granny to Sarah, Katie and James and Great Grandmother to Pippa.
Freda had a passion for helping others, which she achieved through her time as a local councillor and Head of Town Planning for Lymington. Freda was also one of the original trustees of St Barbs Museum in Lymington.
But most of all, she loved spending quality time with her family and Teds family. In particular, days on the beach at Friars Cliff, Avon Beach and HIghcliffe. She never turned down the opportunity to spend time with us all.
Freda is truly irreplaceable, but will continue to live in the hearts of her family, friends and those that knew her through work. She leaves us with so many wonderful memories to cherish.
