  • You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.


  • Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.


  • If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.


  • Dignity Funeral Plans let you pay for your funeral in advance and at today's price. It's a way of taking control of the unexpected, setting out the arrangements and limiting the costs by paying for the services included in the funeral plan upfront.

Hadrian couldn't have been more accommodating, I recall him even listening to the chosen recording of Amazing Grace over the phone to make sure it was exactly the right version. Always proactive and well ahead of what I was about to be worried about. The funeral itself went very well indeed with an immaculate turn out of hearse and attendants, beautifully prepared orders of service, and a good flowers. His advice and guidance on what was appropriate in lock down has proven absolutely correct and I have had a number of relatives and friends say how nice the service was, even by those who attended by webcast. All dealings I had with your New Milton office were excellent, and all requirements were dealt with in an efficient manner. However it appeared that the gentleman from your other office, who arranged the procedure at the Crematorium, had not communicated with your New Milton office to check on the exact requirements of the service.

This is a terrible time for anyone, but the staff at the New Milton branch could not have been more supportive and helpful. Hadrian provides guidance for every aspect of what has to be done and who to contact following a death, and talks you through and provides advice from a wealth of experience regarding the funeral arrangements. He is like the best private secretary ever and makes the unbearable survivable. Chris attended my Mother's cremation and once he heard that she was a Liverpool supporter and would have the Kop anthem played, volunteered to wear a red tie for her. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for the little kindnesses that they provided.

My parents chose their own funeral arrangements and I thank them too because it removed traumatic decisions at the worst of times. Moodys made this possible and honoured everything they had requested.

The Funeral Director, Hadrian Whiskin, was caring and compassionate throughout the whole process of organising Nan’s service.
Although Nan already had a funeral plan in place, Hadrian took no less time with us when discussing exactly what we wanted on the day. Upon Hadrian’s recommendation we used a gentleman called David to conduct the actual service - he was just perfect - Hadrian took the time to ask about Nan and the type of person she would warm to - he couldn’t have picked a better person in David!
The service itself was just what we wanted - lovely balance between remembering Nan and giving thanks for the 95 years she was here. All the gentlemen assisting with the service on the day, from the driver to those who carried Nan in, were polite and compassionate and showed her their utmost respect throughout. We weren’t rushed at all on the day - it was nice to be given the opportunity to say our own personal goodbyes to Nan without being hounded to leave.
My utmost thanks to Hadrian and the team at Moody’s in New Milton for making what was a particularly difficult day as compassionate as they did. They truly did my Nan proud.

Hadrian provided a very sensitive and professional service at a very difficult and emotional time. He has dealt with services for both of my parents in the last 2 years, and I would highly recommend he and his staff. I would also recommend Max Beardmore as a celebrant as he similarly dealt with both services and was excellent.
