Luke sadly passed away peacefully at St Elizabeth Hospice on 21st April 2024, aged 36.
Cherished husband to Kirsty, adored Father to Sons Jake and Logan.
A beloved Son to Dawn and Sean. Much loved Son-in-law to Mike and Tricia.
Luke will missed forever by all that knew and loved him.
