It is with great sadness that to announce that Malcolm James Sleigh passed away on Friday 21 June in Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 83 years.
The family would like to thank you for your kind messages of sympathy and support shown at this difficult time.
Donations in lieu of flowers, in Malcolm's name, will benefit Cancer Research UK.
