We would like to invite you to celebrate the life of our son, Charlie James O'Neill, who sadly passed away on 21st August, aged 4.
Charlie was a little warrior who underwent more medical procedures in the short time we were privileged to love and care for him than most people do in a lifetime. The most recent procedure which was 'routine' is being investigated by the coroner's office and following investigations there will be an inquest.
We are as such unable to provide details of events that have led to this tragedy.
Charlie was loved by everyone who met him (and those who didn't with the posts of our adventures on Facebook) with his beautiful smile, gorgeous blonde hair, brilliant blue eyes and infectious giggle.
Charlie was partially sighted but it was clear from play and sensory sessions that his favourite colour was red. He would also smile whilst watching Arsenal on tv if they played at home in their red kit !
In view of this we would appreciate the dress code for the service to be informal, wearing something including the colour red.
Charlie has left a hole in the lives of all that knew him and we would appreciate your attendance at the service and/or celebration afterwards.
Charlie's service will take place on Tuesday 10th September at Rawdon Crematorium at 15:15 hrs for a celebration of Charlie's life.

Donations in the memory of Charlie would be much appreciated, with all monies going to The Mille Wright Children's Charity.
This charity provided us with great assistance and support whilst we were in hospital with Charlie for 6 months and have remained in contact for support.
A donation box will be left at the back of the Chapel on the day of the service and at the celebration after the service for this purpose.
