A Celebration of Diana's Life
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Mum, wife, daughter, sister and friend, Diana.
Diana was warm, kind and deeply loving - a friend to all, no matter who you were or what you needed. She had a remarkable way of making people feel cared for, and would always go above and beyond to help someone in need. She was fiercely loyal, generous with her time and devoted to the people she loved.
Caring for others was at the very heart of who Diana was. She dedicated her life and career to nursing and midwifery, continually learning and developing her knowledge so that she could give the very best care to others. She was known to stay hours beyond the end of her shifts, simply because she wanted to make sure her patients received the care they deserved.
Diana found joy in the simple and beautiful things in life, like her flowers and nature, theatre and musicals, music, and being by the sea. Above all, she treasured her family: her husband Brian, daughters Laura and Ava, and her parents Frank and Ethna, as well as her brothers Fergal and Aengus.
While we miss her more than words can express, we hope this day will be a celebration of an extraordinary life, bringing together all those who loved her and whose lives she touched.
