John passed away at home, after a short illness bravely borne, on 21st October, aged 79 years. Much loved husband of Annette, beloved dad of Carolyn and Sharon. Dearest grandad to Jack and Harry.
The funeral service will be held at St Faiths Crematorium on Wednesday 20th November at 12.20pm.
Informal dress.
Family flowers only please.
