It is with deepest sadness that we annouce the passing of our beloved Husband, Father, Son & Brother Tony Graham, who sadly passed away on Saturday 21st December 2024 at the age of 57 years old. We would like to invite all who knew and loved Tony to join us on Friday 21st February at Elm Life Church to celebrate Tony's life and cherish the memories of him which we will remember forever
