Ethon “Danny” Daniel, aged 81, devoted husband to Hildred, loving father to Michael, Justin, Sabrina*, Jason and Jermaine, and proud grandfather to ten beautiful grandchildren, passed away peacefully on 22nd February 2026, surrounded by his family.

Born to Levi and Irene Daniel (deceased) of Inch Marlow, Barbados, he was known to his family back home simply as “Brother”, being the eldest son of nine children.

Here in the UK, he was affectionately known to many as Danny, and will be remembered for his warmth, kindness and quiet strength. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

To honour his final years, a collection box supporting the Alzheimer’s Society and Shine will be available at the church. Donations may also be sent to the funeral home, or made online via the donation link for the Alzheimer’s Society or through the Much Loved Tribute Page below for Shine, supporting people living with NPH, which Danny was diagnosed with before he passed.
