Julia Mary Williams (nee Wenban-Smith) of Chapel Street, Ely, passed away peacefully at Addenbrooke's Hospital on Sunday 22nd February 2026, surrounded by her family. She was 87.
Adored wife of Peter for 64 years. Greatly loved mother to Katharine, Clare, Teresa, Neil & the late Jeremy. A wonderful granny to nine grandchildren and in 2025 became a great grandmother. And a former Nightingale nurse and Health Visitor. We all miss her hugely but her beautiful garden and our memories of her continue to flourish.
