Tracy and the family are sad to announce the passing of their beloved Mam, Nan and Great Nan, she will be deeply missed by all who knew her, The funeral courtege will stop at Lys Yr Efail on the way to the Crematorium for residents to pay their respects, donations in memory of Ann are being recieved in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimers Association, you can donate online or on the day of the service as a donation box will be available.
