Its with great sadness to announce the passing on the 21st December aged 83 years
David will forever be missed by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at South Shields Crematorium on Wednesday 14th January at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only as a donation box will be made available after the service for The Dementia Society.
