In loving memory of Pat O'Brien who died on 23rd January 2024 aged 72 years.
Beloved Mum to Jenny, Nanny to Nathaniel, Joshua and Oliver, and Great Nanny to Iris and Stanley, Pat will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
The funeral service will be held at Poole Crematorium on Wednesday 14th February 2024 at 10am.
Family flowers only please.
Donations in memory can be made to University Hospital Dorset Charity stroke ward via the link above or to The Salvation Army via cheque on the day of the service, this will then go to the Poole Corp as Pat wished.
