Hattie sadly passed away at Stoke Mandeville Hospital on Saturday 23rd May, from a battle with meningitis, aged 71 years.
She will be dearly missed by Cub, Sara, her grandchildren Ottilie and George, and her friends and family.
After the service, guests are warmly invited to Pendley Manor for afternoon from 2:15 - 5:00pm.
