Passed away peacefully in Herrington Grange Nursing Home aged 89.
Beloved wife of David and mother to Scott and Arthur.
Will friends and family please meet for a Service to commemorate Mai's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday 16th of September at 10am.
Donations if so desired to the Alzheimers Society - a collection box will be provided at the crematorium.
Rest in Peace.
