Passed away peacefully after a short illness at the Royal United Hospital, Bath on
24th July aged 60 years.
Much loved husband of Helen, son, brother and uncle. Guy will be sadly missed by
his family and friends.
To help celebrate Guy's life you are welcome to wear appropriate clothes in a colour of
your choice.
