Tracey sadly and unexpectedly passed away on Monday 25th May in her home, age 55. We would love everyone to join us for her funeral on Friday 19th June, 11am at Stranton Crematorium. Followed by a celebration of Tracey’s life at Hartlepool Supporters Club. We are asking if everyone could wear a splash of green, Tracey’s favourite colour💚
