David Andrew Hinton, born August 22, 1965, unexpectedly passed away on July 25, 2025.

David is survived by his wife, Sally; his proud children, Cheryl, Rachel, Matthew, and Aaron; and his step-children, Jordan, Rebekka, and Izzak. His beloved grandchildren also survive him: Christina, Joshua, Jodiah, and Sapphire, and his step-grandchildren, Lara, Finn, and Elijah. He was also survived by his siblings, Susan, Janet, Judy, and John.
David is predeceased by his younger sister Debra and his niece Kelly-Marie, and his loving parents, William (Bill) and Florence (Floss).

David, known often as Dave, dedicated his life to his family, going above and beyond for every member. He found happiness in creating everlasting memories with family and friends, from summer holidays in destinations he favoured, such as Loch Ness, Butlins, Wales, Devon, and Cornwall, to hosting yearly events that were filled with love and laughter. Beyond this, Dave was an extremely hard-working man who devoted the last 13 years to building a successful business with his 'work family', where he would create his own unique repairs, leaving those around him with humorous stories to tell.

He will be remembered proudly for his kindness, integrity, and the unconditional love he gave so freely. His life was a gift, and his presence will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

May he Rest In Peace, our beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Father-in-law, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. Never will we forget, forever in our hearts.

We would like to invite all those who loved and knew David to join us between 2 pm and 4 pm at The Royal British Legion, Vicarage Road, Wolverhampton WV11 1SF to celebrate his life.

We ask that respectable black attire is worn for the service and the wake.

We kindly request that all donations are made cash only as all funds raised will be donated to the B9 Ward (ICCU) within New Cross Hospital, where the staff demonstrated the utmost care and compassion for David and his family during his final moments.
