Pat sadly passed away at home on Monday 25th November aged 84.
A much loved Wife, Mum and Nanny Pat she will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
The service will be a celebration of Pat's life so please don't feel the need to wear traditional black funeral attire.
