It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Catherine Elizabeth Hobbs on 25th December 2024. A devoted public servant for over 40 years, Cathy was our dearly beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, close friends and dedicated colleagues, as well as the multiple generations of children she helped across Telford and Wrekin.
A funeral service will be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday 23rd January at 2.30pm, followed by a reception at the Holiday Inn Telford Ironbridge.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Myeloma UK (online) or the Deansley Centre, New Cross Hospital (donations collected at funeral) will be gratefully received.
