It is with great sadness that we annouce the passing of Ann, who passed away at the University Hospital of Wales on the 26th October 2024, aged 81 years.
Beloved wife of Tom, loving Mum of Julie and Helen, Mother In Law of Ian and the late Steve, wonderful Grandma of George, Max, Megan and Oliver and a sister of Joan and the late Marion.
Ann will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her.
Resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Directors, 55 Pantbach Road, Rhiwbina, CF14 1TW, until her funeral service on Thursday, 28th November at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel at 11am.
Family flowers only, donations, if so desired, can be made to Dementia Uk.
