Philip sadly passed away at home on the 26th October 2025, aged 53 years.
He will be loved and remembered by his family and greatly missed by all that knew him.
Philip's funeral service will be held on Friday 5th December 2025 at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Waterside Chapel at 11.15am.
Family flowers only please - donations may be given in memory of Philip on the day of the service or donated online using the link on this page.
Following the service you are warmly invited to join the family for refreshments and to share memories of Philip in the Hospitality Suite at the crematorium.
