Will family and friends please meet for a Service to commemorate Derek's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday January 20th at 2pm.
Donations, if so desired, and in lieu of flowers, will be gratefully accepted by Derek's family on behalf of The Salvation Army and a collection box will be available as you leave the Crematorium.
Rest in Peace.
