Carly Peter Trask, passed away at his home in Chilworth on the 27th March 2025, aged 61 years.

Our hearts are broken with sadness at the passing of Carly. He was truly the best Son, Brother, Uncle, Dad, Grandad and Friend to so many. 

Carly will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
