Adam passed away peacefully at
the Mount Edgcumbe Hospice, St Austell,
on Monday 27th May 2024, aged 60 years.
Greatly and sadly missed by his beloved fiancee Tracey,
his loving family, many friends and everyone who knew him.
May he rest in peace.
