Reviews of our services
Dear Richard and staff
We appreciated your care kindness and respect through the most difficult time of losing Peter my
Sincerely Sally Hulme and family.
My late Mum was treated with the upmost respect, which gave great comfort to me at a very difficult and upsetting time.
Richard kept me informed and dealt with the arrangements in a professional manner.
Everything was done to the highest standards and also very professionally.
I would highly recommend Richard and his team and thank them all for making my Mums final journey so special.
Thank you for all your support Richard, your leadership shines through making a difficult time more bearable.
They came out in the middle of the night and we were treated with utmost respect and dignity at all times.
They completed all necessary paperwork and just left me to give signatures where prompted.
On the day of my beloved Mums funeral we were given time to admire mums lovely flowers adorning her coffin before being driven gently and slowly to the Service.
We were directed subtly at the Chapel as to the order of seating and when to leave.
Their patience was so appreciated and I cannot thank them enough for their guidance and dignity.
I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this funeral director.
