Phyllis passed away peacefully at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital on 27th May, aged 95 years.
Beloved mother to Anne and Jane, Grandmother to Emma, Kate, Guy & Mark and Great-Grandmother to Harry, Emily & Elodie.
She will be dearly missed.
The funeral service will be held at St Faiths Crematorium on Friday 28th June at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please.
Donations can be made on the day to British Heart Foundation.
