Joyce Beryl Sorrill sadly passed away on Tuesday 27th May 2025 at the impressive age of 95. She had been living with Alzheimer's disease for several years and spent her last 18 months at Abundant Grace Nursing home in Seaford where she still enjoyed most of her favourite pastimes. These included colouring, crafts and watching the birds in their beautiful gardens along with drinking tea and eating cake! A very kind, gentle and loving person, she will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her, especially her children and their partners.
Family and friends are invited to help celebrate her life at Newhaven Cemetery Chapel on Monday 23rd June at 1.30pm. Please wear colourful clothes and, instead of flowers, a donation to The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
