Peacefully passed away at home on 27th May 2026, aged 78 years.
Graham will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Woodland Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium, on Tuesday 23rd June at 12.00 noon.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, for Dorothy House Hospice may be given online below or on the day.
