Its with great sadness to announce the passing in hospital on 27th November aged 80 years.
Jacqui will forever be missed by her loving husband Brian her son Les and daughters Tracey ,Louise and Chelle all her grandchildren and
great grandchildren family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at South Shields Crematorium on Thursday 19th December at 2.45pm.
Family flowers only as a donation box will be made available after the service for British Heart Foundation.
All welcome back to the Grey Hen Jacqui's last wishes were for everyone to wear nice/smart clothes not black .
