Lisa sadly passed away surrounded by her family on 27th December, aged 49 years old.
Much loved Mum, Daughter, Grandma, Partner and Sister who will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
As per Lisa's wishes, please do not send flowers. Donations are welcome and much appretiated.
If attending the funeral, please wear traditional black dress.
