Brian passed away peacefully in Addenbrookes hospital on 28 January 2025, aged 86 years.
Brian lived a full and very happy life. He started his own business, Ely Upholstery & Carpet Service in 1967 and after nearly 50 years in business finally decided to retire in 2015.
After his family, Brian’s love was for sport, particularly cricket, a playing member of the City of Ely Cricket Club for over 50 years.
Brian also loved to serve his community with involvement in both Lions Clubs International and Rotary International.
