Ann sadly passed away at Southmead Hospital on 28th February 2024, aged 78 years.
She will be loved and remembered always by her loving family and greatly missed by all that knew her.
The funeral service will be held on Monday 18th March 2024 at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Woodland Chapel at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations may be given in memory of Ann at the service or donated online using the link on this page.
