Anthony Frederick Adolph
Passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday 28th May aged 89.
Deeply missed by his children, relatives, friends and all who knew him.
There will be a service and committal at West Herts Crematorium on the Wednesday 2nd July 11:30am.
Family flowers only please, however donations in lieu of flowers, will be gratefully received on behalf of Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care and Dementia UK.
