Reviews of Phillips Funeral Directors
Everything we requested was done and the attentiveness on the day of the funeral, we could not have asked for more. From the beautifully prepared Order of Service, to being able to see how well our dad was cared for in the Chapel of Rest and being able to have our request to walk behind the hearse up the road where my dad lived, allowed us to give my dad the send off he deserved.
I cannot thank the personnel at Phillips enough and would certainly recommend them.
On the day of the funeral, the undertakers were very organised and helpful, and assisted with the flowers and the service itself really professionally. Everyone at Phillips was respectful and considerate - all much appreciated.
I also had a call from "K" who was leading the funeral for my Aunt, to check that we were happy with what had been arranged, and ran through the Order of Service, music, etc. He also called the day after the funeral to ensure that everything had gone according to plan, which it had.
Thank you Phillips.
emotional time less stressful. Highly recommended
Guiding and helping us through the process at a difficult time.
On the day of my mother’s funeral, the weather was extremely poor. There was always a member
of staff with an umbrella to help us to and from the limousines.
When the pallbearers turned having placed the coffin, they did so as one with almost military precision.
Small points I know, but I offer them as symptomatic of a very good and efficient service.
I can without hesitation recommend Phillips Funeral Directors.
thank you very much
