Beloved Wife, Daughter, Mother, Sister and Auntie. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Carly's service will take place at Taunton Crematorium on Monday 16th December at 10am
Donations in Carly's memory are being collected for Diabetes UK, these can be made through this notice or after the service in the retiring collection.
