Passed away at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr on the 29th February 2024, Patricia, aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Fred; loving Mam of Linda; a cherished Nan of Zoe, Zea, Dewi, Toyah, Kelly and Dafydd; a wonderful Great Nan to all her great grandchildren and a loving sister to Joan, Melvin and Janet. Pat will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Directors, 55 Pantbach Road, Rhiwbina, until her funeral service on Thursday, 4th April at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel at 2pm. Family flowers only, donations if so desired, can be sent directly to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
