Teresa passed away peacefully In Claremont Residential Home on Tuesday 29th April 2025, aged 87 years, with her family by her side, her one last wish.
Teresa will be deeply missed by her devoted, loving family, friends and all the wonderful carers, manager and cook at Claremont Residential Home who did their utmost to ensure she was comfortable, especially in her last few days where the care she received was outstanding and the compassion, empathy and support they showed to the family greatly appreciated.
